Receiving goods in the RARITA store

Upon receipt of the order, we will ask you to present your identification document and the order number.

Please be noted that:

— Delivery for orders placed at the time of sale may take a little longer time than usual.

— The delivery address should be as detailed as possible. All necessary additional information, such as a door code, must be provided so that the courier can deliver at the time promised. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate, the delivery time may be extended.

— Be sure to provide the correct phone number.

— The courier at the time of the delivery has the right to ask for a personal identification document (passport, ID card or driver’s license) to verify the identity of the recipient.

— The customs fees may apply if receiving goods outside EU.
